Stormwatch est le dernier album de Jethro Tull à avoir été enregistré par son line-up dit "régulier" : Ian Anderson, Martin Barre, John Glascock, John Evan, David (Dee) Palmer et Barriemore Barlow. Le Tull abordait ici des thèmes liés à l’écologie et à la mer (North sea oil, Flying dutchman). Ces rééditions séparées en CD simple et vinyle proposent l’album original dans un nouveau mix stéréo réalisé par Steven Wilson.
